    Multi-point intelligent lubrication system

    The multi-point intelligent centralized lubrication system is a new type of lubrication system developed by our company. This system is different from the traditional centralized lubrication system. It can achieve independent control and independent monitoring of each lubrication point. If a single lubrication point fails, it will not affect the overall operation of the system. Equipped with a host computer monitoring system, system operation check and remote operation can be performed at any time. The system can be expanded to a maximum of 1000 lubrication points, which is an excellent choice for factories to improve the level of lubrication automation management

    The whole set of intelligent centralized lubrication system consists of five parts, the main control system, the conveying device, the execution part, the detection part and the monitoring system.

    1. Main control system

    Microcomputer controller is adopted, and the conversational Chinese menu is set by man-machine interface, and various parameters can be adjusted individually to optimize the application

    2. Conveyor

    The electric high-pressure lubrication pump is used as the lubricant delivery part, which is delivered to each lubrication point through the pipeline

    3. Executive components

    The electromagnetic oiler is used to control the separate oil supply of each lubrication point to ensure the oil supply pressure and reliable oil supply

    4. Detect parts

    High-sensitivity flow sensors are used to detect the oil supply status of each lubrication point in real time, and the on-site information positioning is fed back to the main control system

    5. Monitoring system

    Microcomputer is used to set parameters remotely, monitor remotely, and maintain remotely. If there is any fault, it will alarm and record in time, which is convenient for maintenance.
