VRH300A induction automatic lubricating pump adds a vibration sensor on the basis of VRH300 ordinary automatic lubricating pump. The vibration sensor sends the vibration value to the central processing unit by sensing the vibration of the device. The central processing unit compares it with the preset start-stop threshold to decide whether to add lubricating grease to the equipment. The vibration sensor has a one-key collection and setting function, and the operation is simple and convenient. It is mainly suitable for the intermittent operation or switching operation of rotating equipment. With the addition of vibration sensors, the filling operation of the lubrication pump is more intelligent and synchronous. It avoids automatic grease injection when the equipment is stopped, thereby avoiding overlubrication of the bearings.
